Introducing the Repair Request Builder from Granite State Inspection Services

Our Repair Request Builder enables our real estate agent partners to efficiently select recommendations for a custom report to be sent to the listing agent. At Granite State Inspection Services, we highly appreciate our partnership and strive to support our mutual clients while streamlining your tasks.

You’ll receive both HTML and PDF documents, incorporating our language and allowing you to input requested credit amounts and custom comments. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

Here's How it Works

Click

From our HTML report, click on the Agent Tools button, then Repair Request Builder.

Select

Select which recommendations you want to include in the report and add either the requested credit amount or any comments.

Preview

Click preview to see what the document will look like. The running total for credits requested will appear at the top right of the Repair Request Builder.

Create

Click Create to get the link to copy/paste into your own email or send directly through the system!
